Application Developer

Minimum qualifications:

  • BS degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
    Experience working on and leading complex projects in two or more from the following: Web application development, Unix/Linux environments, mobile application development, distributed and parallel systems, machine learning, natural language processing, networking, developing large software systems, and/or security software development.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree, PhD, or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other technical related field, or equivalent
    practical experience.
  • Software development domain expertise in one or more general purpose programming languages.
  • Be an expert in one or more general purpose programming languages, including but not limited to: Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or Go.

EMR Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partners with clients to create and execute implementation plans that are on-time, on-budget with highest customer satisfaction.
  • Leads key activities including workflow assessment, workflow optimization, roll-out planning, developing training plans, change management roadmap, Go-Live Support and Post Go-Live Support planning.
  • Coordinates internal and client teams to complete Data Migration, Content Development, Interfaces, Enrollment, and Billing Configuration work streams.
  • Develops and maintains expertise on all Sunwave solutions.
  • Follows established methodology ensuring consistency from implementation to implementation.
  • Works closely with Implementation leaders to constantly evaluate and improve the onboarding experience
    Provides end-user training as needed.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing EMR systems, electronic health record, practice management, and/or patient portal implementations.
  • Proven project management experience with success in managing deadlines, customers, and schedules
  • Strong client and relationship focus with proven ability to build and develop effective relationships with staff at all levels
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work with multiple groups including internal and external teams and manage expectations

Sunwave is seeking hungry and talented Sales Development Representatives to join its growing Florida office. Reporting to the VP Revenue Management, the Sales Development Representatives are responsible for identifying, targeting, prospecting and engaging with new Treatment Centers.

As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for timely and professional follow up on all leads generated by the Marketing team’s demand generation activities. Your task is to ensure that those warm prospects are quickly qualified by expeditiously establishing their profiles and then handing them over to an Sunwave Account Executive.

As a Sales Development Representative, you also love prospecting and finding new Treatment Centers, all the time. You are a hunter – you’re not afraid to cold call, and you’re willing to do research and preparation on any potential client as they could become Sunwave accounts. You don’t limit yourself – you are always on “search mode” for Treatment Centers in your territory, using innovative methods to source new leads. The ideal candidate for this role has unwavering perseverance, thrives on challenges, has a proven track record of quota over achievement and runs on an insatiable desire to win.

Responsibilities:

* Generate a pipeline of sales opportunities through inbound and outbound sales generated lead campaigns, as well as other activities.
* Constantly identify and proactively qualify new Treatment Centers for Sunwave, utilizing internal and external sources
* Conduct research and preparation on potential Treatment Centers in order to out compete other software vendors
* Act as a liaison between Sunwave Account Executives and prospective Treatment Centers to manage all communications
* Meet or exceed monthly quotas
* Be a CRM master by managing and maintaining a perfect book of business

Skills & Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree
* Passionate self-starter with a good work ethic
* 0-3 years of B2B tele sales experience; verified track record of quota attainment
* Prior experience managing a territory of prospects preferred; ideally in the software as a service (SAAS) space
* Excellent organization; ability to segment and prioritize a vast territory of prospects
* Inquisitive attitude, strong research skills, and “do the homework” mentality with a desire to learn
Passion for technologies and aptitude to learn new technologies
* Strong phone presence and experience in a high-volume customer interaction environment
* CRM knowledge is strongly preferred

Account Executive

Sunwave is seeking a resourceful, driven, results-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team in Delray Beach, FL. As an Account Executive, your role will be to sell the value of the Sunwave Platform to Treatment Centers nationwide. You will facilitate the sales process from beginning to end. Although leads and appointments will be provided, you will be responsible for generating your own leads to maintain a healthy pipeline. To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, articulate and persuasive in both spoken and written communications.

Sunwave provides the leading SaaS Platform focused on Substance Abuse Treatment Centers. Our Platform allows our clients to manage all their operations from the initial call with a potential patient, all the way through treatment, and billing and collections.

We just expanded our offices to the amazing Sunwave building in Delray Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:

* Reach out to qualified Treatment Centers to present, promote and sell the Sunwave Platform.
* Use consultative selling techniques to offer unique perspectives on each customer’s business
* Perform online software demonstrations
* Strategic follow up with potential customers
* Mentor SDR team members
* Self source and qualify leads, reach out to the right contacts and close sales
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and MRR goals

Experience:

* 3-5 years experience in a quota-carrying sales role, ideally in SaaS
* A verifiable track record of hitting/exceeding targets for revenue attainment
* Experience managing all aspects of the sales process: prospecting, demonstrations, objection handling, using CRM Solutions, generating quotes, and closing business
* Ability to grasp technical details quickly and explain value to non-technical users
* Comfort communicating at all levels within an organization from gatekeeper to CEO
* Superior organization & time management skills
* Highly motivated and target driven with a passion for results
* Experience selling to Treatment Centers is a big plus
* Bachelor’s Degree
